Is it better for a third party to interview my clients?
A resounding yes! There are many advantages to hiring a third-party to interview your clients. Your clients will be more conversational and open, they will not have the uneasiness of speaking to the person or company that performed the service and they are more likely to be honest and forthright with their answers.
We have also discovered that your clients are more likely to provide stronger testimonials, offering greater detail and sharing a more personal account of their experience with your organization.

Our Process:
- We schedule a meeting with you to discuss your client projects and determine which of your clients would be best to interview.
- During this meeting, we will also determine specific areas of service you would like to us focus on and “draw out” from your client’s experience with your company.
- You invite your client to participate in this interview process (we will supply suggested script if needed).
- Once your client has given their permission to proceed, we will contact them directly to schedule the interview.
- Interview takes place (30 minutes or less). We obtain permission from your client to record the call and for you to use the information obtained.
- Interview is recorded then edited to remove um’s and ah’s.
- Further editing takes place (this is optional).
Our Third-Party Interview Services Fees:
- Interview client, provide recorded interview in mp3 and/or .wav format with basic editing (um’s and ah’s removed) - $250
- Interview client, provide fully edited recorded interview in mp3 and/or .wav format; provide separate “clips” created highlighting “bright spots” - $350 – 400 (This will depend on how clearly your client communicates and articulates. Some recordings require very little additional editing, others are more complex.)
Additional options:
- Complete interview transcription - $1.50 per recorded minute
Payment terms:
· 50% deposit to initiate the project with the balance due upon completion.
