Is it better for a third party to interview my clients?

A resounding yes!  There are many advantages to hiring a third-party to interview your clients. Your clients will be more conversational and open, they will not have the uneasiness of speaking to the person or company that performed the service and they are more likely to be honest and forthright with their answers.

What if I want you to develop a case study for me?

Does it have to be a personal interview?  Can it be a written survey instead?

Of course.  However, I would be lying to you if I said a written survey was as effective as a telephone interview.  There is really nothing as powerful as speaking with your client directly.  However, we can assist you with developing a written survey that will solicit the information you are looking for to assist you with determining tap into your client’s overall experience with your organization.
